"I have worked with Nilay Ertemur to sell my house and buy another property in parallel. In overall, she was responsive, caring and time-sensitive. She easily understood my needs, and was able to guide me through the available options to choose my new place. Her negotiation skills are well, and she was quite fast to communicate and finalize the transaction. I am definitely considering contacting her down the road for future/potential property transactions."
